Open Late in Boca? Where to Eat After 10PM Near FAU and Downtown Boca Raton
OPEN LATE IN BOCA? WHERE TO EAT AFTER 10PM NEAR FAU AND DOWNTOWN BOCA RATON
Anyone who’s spent time in Boca after 10PM knows the problem. Most of the restaurants you actually want to eat at are closed. You’re left with the same three drive-thrus, gas station snacks, or whatever you have at home (nothing — you have nothing).
Krispy’s is the answer to that problem. We’re open late in Boca Raton, including the hours when most kitchens have already shut down. Whether you’re an FAU student finishing a study session, a server who just got off shift, or just someone who got hungry at the wrong time — we’re here.
WHY LATE NIGHT IN BOCA IS BROKEN
Downtown Boca and Mizner Park have great food. During dinner hours. Past 10PM, the options drop off a cliff. The bars that serve food cut their kitchens early. The chains close. You’re stuck.
Near FAU it’s even worse. Students study late. They get hungry late. The campus options are limited to whatever’s still open in the student union, and that’s usually nothing past a certain hour.
That gap is real. We saw it. We’re filling it.
WHAT WE’RE OPEN FOR (AND WHY IT MATTERS)
Krispy’s stays open late so you can get actual food — not stale fast food, not a sad gas station sandwich. Real pastrami. Real schnitzel. Real smash burgers. Made-to-order, hot, in a real baguette.
A few things that matter at 11PM that don’t matter at 1PM:
– Speed. You’re hungry, you want food now, you don’t want to wait 40 minutes. We’re built for that.
– Real food. There’s a difference between “open late” and “open late with something worth eating.” We’re the second one.
– Order ahead. If you call ahead or order online from getsauce, your food is ready when you pull up. Park, grab, go.
OUR LATE-NIGHT MENU FAVORITES
Some things hit different at night:
– The schnitzel baguette. Ten inches. Crispy. Easy to eat in a car (we’re not judging).
– Chicken poppers or popcorn chicken. Snackable, sharable, no utensils needed.
– The pastrami smash. If you’re going to eat at 11PM, eat something worth it.
– Sides — fries, slaw, whatever you need to round it out.
ARE YOU NEAR FAU?
We’re a short drive from FAU’s main campus. Easy to get to off Glades or Spanish River, depending on where you are. If you’re studying late at the library or wrapping up a group project, swing by or order delivery and we’ll bring it to you.
DOWNTOWN BOCA, EAST BOCA, MIZNER PARK?
Even closer. We’re at 1901 NW 2nd Ave, right in the heart of Boca. Quick pickup, easy parking.
